5-Star SIPP
Earlier in 2018 our SIPP and SSAS products were independently rated by Defaqto.
Following this achievement, we have accomplished more success and are proud to announce that Hartley Pensions Limited have received a 5 Star Rating from Moneyfacts Group Plc on not just one but three of our SIPP products.
The Abacus, Prosperity and Empire SIPP each provide a different offering dependent on the client’s circumstances with various levels of investment choice, so for each to receive the same highest rating is a great achievement and outlines our aims to provide 5 star rated product with a 5 star rated service.

Do you offer SIPP with salary sacrifice options?

Thank you for your enquiry.
Hartley Pensions accept employer contributions however we are not party to any contractual agreement between an employee and their employer on how these contributions are to be made to their pension arrangement. The SIPP as a pension product can not be set up as a salary sacrifice arrangement. Any employer contributions paid to the SIPP will be gross and as such we as the scheme administrators will not claim any tax relief from HMRC.
